Work inside an electrical panel, new circuits, moving water supply or drain lines, and anything involving gas appliances or venting all require a licensed trade. Post those as electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
Either way works. If the handyman supplies them they are usually billed at cost on top of labour. Supplying your own is fine — just have everything on site before the booking starts.
