Pricing questions
Yes. Posting a job, receiving quotes, and comparing them costs homeowners nothing. You only ever pay the contractor's quoted price (plus a 3.5% processing fee when paying through the platform).
Only when a job is completed and the customer's payment is captured. Joining, quoting, losing a bid, and declining a lead all cost nothing.
It's a percentage of the job, and it's capped — so the bigger the job, the smaller the effective rate. We walk through the exact numbers with you during onboarding, before you take any work.
The contractor, 100%. If the homeowner hires that contractor, the fee is credited back on the final invoice.
