Our Story

Most of these landlords own just a few units. They don't have compliance officers or legal teams. They were left to figure out paper forms, inspection schedules, and contractor certifications on their own. BridgeTrade was built to solve exactly this problem.
We digitize the exact official R-400 form (July 14, 2023 version), auto-generate M-200 maintenance plans, and connect landlords with verified, certified contractors for every required inspection. We've presented our platform directly to representatives of Nova Scotia's Building Standards Division and to Rental Housing Nova Scotia (RHNPS).
